At Maverick Abrasives, we stand behind the quality of our industrial products and want to ensure you have the right tools for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and specific details regarding the abrasive products you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct shipping address for our processing facility.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods for usage or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
